The progress of the project 

The development of an intelligent monitoring and management system for rental buildings project included the following goals:

• Reduction of CO2 emissions and energy consumption
• Increase in profitability
• Creation of new jobs

The duration of the project was 10 months and it lasted between 01.05.2022 – 28.02.2023. Despite the short period, all the planned developments were successfully completed and the set goals were achieved.

Developments made:

1) Building maintenance module and calendar were created, with the help of which it is possible to ensure timely maintenance of HVAC systems of buildings using Bidrento. You can read more about it here.
2) The existing Bidrento tenant consumption module was improved by creating a so-called footprint module, the purpose of which is to stimulate the tenant to act in an environmentally sustainable manner. You can read about it here.
3) The existing Bidrento cost module was improved from the landlord’s point of view, enabling a comprehensive overview of the tenant’s consumption behavior.

During the project period, new jobs were created and turnover growth exceeded the set goals many times over.

Two outreach events were held during the project period. An information event was organized in September 2022. The information events were in the form of a webinar and were aimed at potential and existing customers, all of whom would benefit from the products being developed. This form of notification was addressed to the target group, where they were introduced to the developments within the Green ICT project that had already been carried out and the planned developments were shown.
