Also, existing investors have joined forces with the new investor in this funding round, supporting the company’s further growth across Europe.
Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab investment in Bidrento is part of its commitment to fostering innovation and promoting diversity in the technology and technology-enabled startup sectors. The investment comes through the bank`s Global Inclusive Ventures Lab initiative, which focuses on supporting diverse entrepreneurs and startups working on groundbreaking solutions. Bidrento’s selection for funding underlines the company’s potential to bring transformative change to the real estate management market while contributing to diversity and inclusion in the industry.
Bidrento offers an all-in-one software solution for tenant experience and rental property management for customers who are operating with built-to-rent, student housing, co-living, commercial real estate, and even self-storage type of real estate. In addition, sales and management software solutions for hotels and short-term rentals have also been introduced recently.
Bidrento was founded by experienced real estate professional Natalja Napsep and co-founder Taavo Annus with the aim of covering the entire rental property management cycle. Activities from pre-lease communication to the lease process itself, including full automation of all kinds of invoicing and cost allocation, and to the termination of a lease and onboarding the next tenants to start a new rental process. In addition, Bidrento offers a tenant app that boosts tenant retention and provides tools for the reduction of the CO2 footprint and energy consumption.
