The PwC Scale PropTech Program wrapped up some time ago, but looking back, it’s remarkable how much long-term value a few concentrated months can create. For Bidrento, this wasn’t just another accelerator - it was a truly relevant initiative at exactly the right time.
A Program Built for Real PropTech Scale-Ups
What made this program stand out was its focus.
The Scale program wasn’t generic or high-level - it was tailored specifically for PropTech scale-ups dealing with real operational complexity, rapid growth, and international expansion. The conversations, pitch sessions, and in-person meetings in London with PwC leaders and their clients were highly relevant to what we’re building every day at Bidrento.
Throughout the months, we joined targeted workshops on enterprise sales, scaling strategies, and operational excellence across different European markets. These sessions aligned closely with the challenges we face while supporting PBSA, co-living, build-to-rent, and commercial real estate operators.
Presenting Bidrento at the PwC UK Executive Event
One of the highlights was the opportunity to present Bidrento Property Management Software at the PwC UK Scale PropTech Executive Event at PwC Embankment Place in London.

This wasn’t just another pitch.
It was a room full of senior real estate decision-makers, institutional investors, corporate leaders, and PropTech innovators — the exact audience shaping the future of operational real estate.
Showcasing how Bidrento enables end-to-end rental and tenant management across multiple asset classes was a moment that sparked a number of meaningful, ongoing conversations.
Why the Program Came at the Right Time
Bidrento joined the program during a phase of rapid expansion across several European markets.
The timing couldn’t have been better.
- The insights aligned perfectly with our scaling challenges
- The PwC network opened new doors in the UK and beyond
- The pitch sessions sharpened how we communicate our value
- And the cohort discussions reinforced the market shift toward operational real estate
Real estate is no longer a passive asset class; it’s an operating business.
The program reflected exactly that.
Connections That Turn Into More Than Introductions
The biggest strength of the Scale PropTech Program was the quality of the people involved. Conversations were honest, sharp, and — most importantly — actionable.
Many of these conversations have since evolved into deeper collaboration discussions, product feedback loops, and potential market-entry opportunities. The value didn’t end when the program ended.
A Big Thank You
A huge thank-you to:
- Stephen Meager (GrowthBuilders)
- Robert Walker (PwC UK)
- And all cohort members
for building a program that actually creates momentum rather than just talking about it.

The Program Is Finished - The Momentum Is Not
The formal program might be over, but the impact continues.
Bidrento left the program with a stronger network, clear direction, and a sharpened understanding of how the PropTech landscape is evolving - especially as operational real estate gains even more traction.
We’ll be back in London soon - and ready for the next round of conversations.
