Bidrento has been nominated in the Professional Service Provider category at the 16th Annual CEE Investment Awards, taking place on 29 October 2026 at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel.
Organised by EuropaProperty, the CEE Investment Awards recognise companies, projects and professionals shaping the commercial real estate market across Central and Eastern Europe.
The nomination comes at a time when activity in the CEE real estate market is gaining momentum. According to Colliers, commercial real estate investment across the CEE-6 markets reached €5.8 billion in the first half of 2026. Poland alone accounted for more than €3 billion, its strongest first-half result since 2018. Colliers expects total CEE-6 investment volumes to reach €12.5-13 billion in 2026.
For Bidrento, the nomination also reflects the growing role of technology in managing increasingly large and complex real estate portfolios.
